Rockdale Community Church is sending a missions team to Kenya. We will be working with Martha and Imbumi Makuku at their church, Kibera Reformed Presbyterian Church, in the slums of Nairobi, Kenya.

From Kid’s Rock to Small Groups, RCC’s ministries are aimed at building up each part of the body of Christ “until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.” (Ephesians 4:13)

Looking out at the world today, it can be easy for Christians to lose heart. The Apostle Paul evidently felt the same way. His remedy was to teach us not to focus on the things that are seen but on the things that are unseen. “For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal” (2 Cor. 4:18). Every day, we must reorient our thoughts around the unchanging truth of Christ: who He is and who we are in Him. The mission of Rockdale Community Church is to go into communities and nations to make disciples by proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, teaching the Scriptures, and baptizing believers in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
